We use Brevo as our only external email processor for the recipe newsletter. Brevo processes your email address and language preference for subscription, double opt-in and delivery. Brevo processes data under the applicable processing terms and may use subprocessors outside the EEA; where required, appropriate safeguards apply to those transfers.

Contact form messages are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, then removed from the active mailing list. Evidence of consent is kept for as long as needed to demonstrate consent. Technical log data is kept for a maximum of 2 years.
